 find peace. But sometimes life gets overwhelming. That's why we should meditate. It's very simple

yet powerful tool to calm your mind and connect with the present. By being present you can  

concentrate better and think more clearly.  It helps you manage emotions and leading to a more balanced

 and happy life. 



          

                 How to meditate


  1. Take a few deep breaths

                              Focus on your breath , inhaling and exhaling slowly. 

      2. Notice your surrounding  

                             Pay attention to sights , sounds and sensation around you

      3. Focus on the present moment 

                             Let go of past worries or future plans and be here now
